I am a family man, and a business man.  My wife  and I have been married for 42 years. We have two grown children.  Our Daughter is married and is the Vice President of excavation in a rather large trucking company.  Our son is also married and expecting their first child.  He is a financial consultant in a national financial firm.  We are "snow-birds, meaning we spend our summer months in Michigan and as the seasons change and the winter sets in, we travel to our winter home in Florida.  It really is the best of both worlds.

My favorite pass-time is flying radio controlled model airplanes.  I get a lot of satisfaction from both building and flying these aircraft.

I am currently  unemployed because of the down turn in the economy, so I am building an internet business.  Having run my own business for 35+ years, I have a pretty good idea of how the business part goes, but I am working hard to learn the internet part of this business.  It has been quite a challenge so far.

I joined TOOLS because:
 I am building an internet business. As my business has developed, I have become aware of the fact that there is so much to learn, and so much to do to become profitable. The bottom line is that in order for things in my business to get better, I must first get better. I am here to learn more about myself and to become a better communicator so that I can mentor those who are depending on me for help in building their business.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 I would like to be a teacher, a mentor. I have taught a lot of guys to lay brick, or to finish concrete. I have taught lots of people how to fly model airplanes. I have always taught by example. I need a whole different set of teaching skills to teach others how to build a profitable internet business.
My favorite wild animal is:
 I would be a lion. The "King of the jungle"
Why (describe as much as possible):
 The lion has no natural predators. He lives pretty much a leisurely life. He is free to roam the land and do whatever pleases him.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 The dog. I like large dogs. The German Shepard is to me the most beautiful dog out there, but ... we have a small twenty pound Lassa - Opso that I have fallen in love with.
Why:
 This little ball of fuzz has the most beautiful dark eyes. She is lovable and affectionate and full of energy. She loves to run, and play and is always ready to go.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 I would order a seafood pasta dish. Maybe shrimp scampi over a bed of linguini with a light butter and garlic white sauce.
Why:
 I love pasta. I can eat pasta every day of the week. When we go out to dinner I look first at the pasta dishes on the menu, and then the seafood dishes and if I find a seafood pasta ... yummmmmm!

Why:
 My grandpa Doyle was a very successful business man who I have tried to emulate through my career. My Dad who I had great respect for but never really go to know. Mr E. James Rohn. my favorite motivational speaker. My hero as I was growing up, Uncle DC. And the perfect model of humanity and how we should Live, Jesus Christ.
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
 I would really like to see Australia, and New Zealand. The rugged terrain, and the laid- back life style, along with seaports just seem to appeal to me. I would like to see their unusual animals in the wild.
My perfect slice of pizza is:
 It would be a deep dish, with lots of cheese and maybe even a seafood pasta topping.
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
 A large glass of Cabernet Savnaghon wine. It is by far my favorite deep red full flavored wines.
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
 Medium blend full flavored black coffee. My favorite coffee in the world is Hawaiian Kona coffee.
If a genie could grant you three wishes they would be (separate by commas):
 My continued good health, $60,000.00, a 110" wing span Yak-54 Model airplane with a DA 100 cc gas engine and all the electronics to set it up to fly.
You are going on a long road trip and you can only bring three CD's. Which ones do you bring (separate by commas):
 John Denver's greatest hits, Harry Chapin live, Crosby, Stills,, Nash & Young, four way street.
If I could do anything for my neighborhood today, it would be:
 I would plant flowers. Flowers add beauty to every neighborhood.
A sunset I remember:
 Fort Myers beach, Florida, my wife and I watched as the dolphins played in the surf, with the birds diving for minnows as the sun sank over the horizon. Beautiful!
Any character I could be from a movie, TV show or book would be:
 Bond, James Bond
Why:
 James Bond always had the best cars, the best looking lady friends, and always stayed at the nicest hotels, with the best meals and always a bottle of the best wine. No matter what kind of trouble he would get into he always found the way out of it and would end up with the girl on a beach somewhere, you guessed it, with a bottle of fine wine.
