Anger

Proactiveness a better way for sure. That second gap and redirect... reverse tool in fast forward over what we hotly feel to do or say and how that will most likely result (in most cases we actually do know) this also applies to those little things that we get angry at ourselves over too.

How would I like the outcome to be and am I thinking about the bigger picture and all parties involved? Would I rather feelthat I'm right or happy? Is what I felt like saying or doing going to have a positive outcome?

And if you are only using one glute(half assing it LOL), or pleasantly blowing sunshine at someone elses you can do better. If you know someone is wrong great but in most cases " a man disproved against his will is of the same opinion still", what I am getting at is that sometimes it really is better for all parties for you to keep your rightness in check with their rightness especially in a situation where it is all perspective based.

Just a few thoughts LOL So get both glutes in action and have a tremendously great day YALL

Kudos

Well said. I always try to question whether my goal is to conquer someone's ego with mine, or if we're just trying to share our perceptions.

I started to edge out animal products in my diet a while back & now that my diet is more strict, it is more difficult to be in social situations where there is food.  It can be hard not to sound snobby when you decline the only dish available you know?  So I started shying away from, "I'm vegan" to "I can't eat ___" or "I'm not hungry" bc it just makes less of an uproar lol. And I don't want to get myself into a debate over it...which I'll admit, I don't have a ton of information to back myself up, it's just a choice I made.

Anyways, like you needed to know that lol

I love your tags for this blog btw:  glutes lol...like anyone is going to type in glutes?!

You seriously always have something that makes me bust out laughing & I am so grateful for that! They're always like small, random things you say or little details & it's awesome & it makes me smile.
