Thats sweet!!

You da man!!  Yeah, P90X is a butt kickin good time!!  One tip, they talk about their Recovery Drink a LOT, if you want a good cheap alternative, simply drink chocolate milk!!  If you are lactose intolerant, buy lactose free, its a little tastier then regular milk anyway!  All that you are looking for out of a recovery drink is really 1 part protein to 4 parts carbohydrates and an 8oz glass of milk with 1 serving of Hershey's syrup gets you just that, let alone the calcium and other vitamins you get from the milk.  It is higher calorie then their low cal drink but it is cheaper, and you burn enough during the program to afford it anyway.  Good luck!!

P.S.  If you ever need any tips on this program feel free to let me know!!

p90x

I keep hearing about this program and it sounds great.  I just bought some new running sneakers to motivate me to get in my sprints and track time instead of just the elliptical at home and the p90x sounds worth looking into too.  Good luck with it! Let us know how it's going.
