25 WEEK PROGRAM

  Well here I am after all this time, at least thats what it feels like. 25 weeks to the day from when I started a 13 week program, obviously I am not a perfect student, but what is the definition of perfect? Its hard to see progress when you have your nose to the grindstone, which has been the problem most of my life. What a bitter sweet 25 weeks, I got my drinking under control, lost 20 lbs, started an exercise routine, took the best family vacation to Mexico, got control of my company, became accountable to myself, have a better relationship with my kids and wife, I learned how to type and use a computer, I read better and more often, the list goes on and on. It has also been emotional I lost my best friend who was on this program with me, we lost a treasured family pet, and I  had to face my own problems head on, which is not an easy battle. Through this short 25 weeks I have grown and seen a different, bright future for myself and my family and I look forward to it . I have learned how to better manage stress,  kids, wife, personal problems, and just plain everyday life. WOW what an awesome journey and now I look forward to whats next, I have become an explorer and adventurer of my own life (can you here the Indiana Jones theme song? I can and I am taking life head on!)
