There will be aspects that you thought you were easy going about but were really not. Next, you’ll probably have more self esteem. Low self esteem is usually what triggers you to start smoking and the smoking makes it worse. Your breath, hair, and clothes won’t stink so you will be more confident around people. Finally you’re going to be more active. You won’t lose your breath out on a bike ride or hike and will want to do it more.
