Day 50 - FEAR

I love how this program thunks me over the head sometimes.

The other day I was telling my sister in law that I CAN'T go bungee jumping because of my fear.  She tried to work through the I CAN'T with me but I was ready for that.

Then today, day 50, I find out that I CAN'T is fear.  Fear that is holding me back.

Do you see that picture as my avatar?  That's me sticking my head under the water with a snorkel in my mouth for the first time ever.  What you may not realize is that my eyes are huge because I was truely full of fear.

Never did I think I would ever go snokeling because my fear said I might die doing that.  Needless to say, I survived that and swimming underwater with the giant sea turtles.

Oh how fear is holding me back from so much more!

Fear!

It's great to see you facing your fears. Fear and anxiety were the main obstacles I discovered about myself during my time doing tools. I now try to do something everyday to push myself, and it seems to be working. Once you get through the tools program there are some great books out there on fear. Keep up the great work! x
