I have just joint an on line training and really want to accomplish losing 10lbs

Ok so i have started this new meal plan/ work out routine, i am feeling very overwhelmed, as i am not usually one to have somewhat complicated meals, usually its something quick and easy.. Iam sure once i get all the food for this week and get it.. uhh prepaired i will be on a roll.... I start everything tomorrow, the work out looks like it is going to kick my butt..literaly..  well of to get groceries and clean this mess of a house..  hope yall have a great day!

Law of accumulation...

I havent really read much of anything else you may have posted in the past or any of your profile to date, however I notice that you havent been on tools very long.  There is a section... which in a few weeks, The coach talks about the Law of accumulation.

 

As you progress thru the toolbox working on your daily progress, you will come across this concept. 

 

If it turns out that your meal/exercise plans get overwhelming and kicking your butt.... perhaps you will have reached the day where coach explains this concept.  Just make certain that if you feel the behind getting a bit sore from the kicks...

 

dont give up... instead, try the accumulation method.  It wont be so overwhelming!

 

My best to you on your new endeavor.  I wish I had the gutts to do the same!
