what if

Ok Im working really hard at using my tools.

but what if I am surrounded by negative people and I seem to feed on them and become that way too?

how can I overcome letting myself let others affect me?

how can I only worry about myself?

Caring

If a person is negative and no matter what you do it they wont change is time to walk away (even if its family, friends, or lover). Don't let the negative people drag you down. Hopefully after you walk away they will look at your positive attitude as inspiration.

I have had issues with this one all my life. I am a really caring person and I will always be the first person to listen or help. The thing that I have learned is that there is a huge difference between helping and dragging a person. So this made me form a new way of thinking. "I will help as long as you help your self."

Hope that helps :)

overcome it...

The best part is that YOU can overcome it. I see by what you write that you answer your own question. The word overcome is a power word. Great blog.
