If you feel you could benefit from going over the previous days to get back in the roght "mindset", then start over. I've started over several times, and am just now starting over again, after the longest "break" yet. I've gotten as far as Day 65 and maybe 70-something. It's been long enough for me this time that starting back at Day 1 feels appropriate.
If you find yourself just rushing through the previous days, then you probably want to continue on to new days. But if you find the review of the previous days adds to your understanding and you get back into training your brain, then keep going from there.
No matter which one works best for you at this time, don't beat yourself up for taking a "break". These things happen. For me it was travel and work. The important thing is ti jump back in!
