Self Control

 

After doing the reading from today a single line is stuck in my head.

 

"...by learning the only control we have is self control."

 

That is truely a powerful statement. There are so many things in my life that I try and micromanage. If I can learn to let more things go and laugh more I would be so much better off. This was a very good reading today and I have printed it out to read again.
