hope you don't mind - never did get the tape recorder - it is easier to do on skype - or some other computer based recording facility

 

which brings me to a suggestion - about the message you are sharing - if you ask participants to record their steps using whatever technology they feel more at ease with - or that they have readily available

 

the tape recorder is just a little dated - and that's coming from a 58 year old

 

perhaps you should upgrade the message in line with modern recording options - haha!
