Hi Coach

 

I took on board the comment to a previous blog post and realise that I have to accept that the TOOLS system is arranged to try and meet everyones needs and as such I should be aware of this - I am stating this clearly that I understand what you mean

 

May I make a request though that another choice is added to the selection of heroes - I had to select one to complete and I selected one which was not representative of what I thought - I see heroes in ordinary people who do extraordinary things each day

 

even if the choice was 'other' then I could have answered it honestly
