Hi Folks

 

many thanks for the support and encouragement throughout the journey in TOOLS

 

I guess that you will have gathered that as I participated I was reminded of many of the skills that I had already and I had lost sight of these, for helping me find them again - I thank you

 

It has been indicated that although I have completed tools I should continue to visit now and then.....well I have still to get some weight off and continue to visit the gym and completely alter my diet and make some more me time - therefore as ARNIE once said

'I'll be back'
