I'm back

 

In 14 days on tools to life - with one or two differing opinions to advice offered - I am back to feeling like my old self before I took ill

 

Family and friends have noticed the gleam back in my eyes and the smile back on my face

 

I always used to be like the duracell bunny and keep on going until the work was done - result - a complete physical and emotional breakdown (which a natural mental design tells you is not happening to you)

 

It took almost 3 weeks to convince me I was unwell - the realisation lifted a burden - then tools reinforced my own wellbeing and helped return my positive ATTITUDE.
