I reached a major milestone

 

As indicated in my breakthrough - I have decided to put myself first for the first time in over 50 years - I've spent a lifetime doing 'service above self' and to take that step - is a major milestone

 

The only way is up.......as I was very much down, due to my ill health - brought about by work related stress
