Making Choices That Support My Goals

 

What I am currently working on is losing weight and getting into shape.  These are the steps that I am following:

 

1.  Keeping a food diary

2.  Keeping an exercise diary

3.  Cutting down on sugar intake

4.  Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day

5.  Being mindful of what, when and why I am eating

6.  Stopping to ask myself if I really want something or is this just a craving

7.  Journaling about my feelings and gaining an awareness of how I am feeling

8.  Writing one positive affirmation everyday that supports my positive changes in myself.
