 im only 21 years old and ive already begun to doubt myself and all the plans i have made to ultiately get where i want to be. i procrastiated in going back to school and watched all my friends graduate. stopped working recently and bills just pile up. im really trying to get back into the swing of things. now ive found myself with terrible anxiety problems, deep states of depression and after a recent trip to the doctor, high blood pressure and about 50 pounds more than i should weigh for my height and small frame. im hoping this website makes me feel better by helping support me and push me to work towards what i want. im tired of giving up and i just want to follow through for once..... well thats all so far, thanks for reading i guess

One day at a time

 I feel your frustration. Its hard looking at life head on.I'm no expert at this thats why I'm here. ask fo help keep trying and read any moyivational stuff you can.

 I believe that we have a choice.  I'm making major alignments in my life at 44. I' m getting a G.E.D.

  Basically I'm srarting over.

It's never too Late to Change

Hi,

 

Stay with this program.

 

It won't fix everything, but it will make things seem a lot more easy to manage.

 

Many of the excersises are tough but they make you think about yourself in new ways. Ways you might not hav considered yet.

 

School, career, fitness are things people work on throughout there lives it never too late.

 

Start small, stay consistant, positive changes will occur. You will be happy with yourself once you see that things can be improved.
