Want to stop drinking in the new year.How do the challenges work

 Im going to try and stop drinking in the new year now that i have acceped that i have a problem. Im going to use tools to life to help me has anyone used it to stop. Have you stopped and how does it work.Would anyone want to join me in the challange when i start. Thank you for any info john»
