Second day.

How great to see that some people actually read what I wrote! I had 3 cheers and nice comment. This, together with what coach Steele said - that 50% of people give up the program after Day 1 - made me feel more motivated to carry on.

So yesterday I hate much less calories and healthier food than usual. I also went out for a 20 minutes workout, mixed with running, walking and basic streches. I'm quite proud of myself for this.

I divided my University studying in sections and i wrote a planner. So now I know exactly what I need to study everyday and I can manage my proscrastination and the Assesment deadlines.

I had a fight at work with a collegue so it's not easy to feel that "I'm having a great day" right now. He is not a very nice person and in the end he apologised. however the bad feeling stays with you for a while. I hope that I can also learn to get over bad thing a bit quicker.

Can't wait to go home and see my 5 month old daughter smile to me. Cya all later friends.
