I am back!

In case you didn't get the email.

My sister was down for 2 weeks for vacation and in a way I was on one as well. That is why you didn't see or here from me for 2 weeks. But I am back and ready to go. 

It may sound crazy but I am happy that I only gained 2 pounds the entire time considering we ate out everyday. I tried to stick as close as I could to eating healthy and when I got a chance I worked out in the hotel pool. 

When she left and Sunday morning came I stood in front of the scales praying. I thanked God when I got on and saw only 257 and no more. I was 255 when she arrived. 

So starting Sunday I got back to my routine and eating like I am supposed to and I will be back to the water exercise class on Tuesday and Thursday morning. 

Now I just need to set a new challenge for myself. I hope you will all join it and hold me accountable.
