It is good to take a look back.

On facebook they wanted us to post a picture of ourselves with our valentine. Not having a recent one I had to go back and look at older pictures.

You know it is true what they say about you always see yourself as you were. Because when I look in the mirror I still see the woman that I was when I got married. Short and weighing 333. 

When I had all of the pictures laid out before me it was an eye opener. Real shock value to make no mistake. There displayed was the journey from 333 to 223. As I said yesterday I am at a platue (sp?) right now but it was encouraging to see the change. I mean to really see the changes that I had not seen before in me. 

So if you are at a point or if you ever reach a point where you feel like you are going no where take it from me look back. You will see a totally different person looking back at you. 

Not just physical changes but changes in every area of my life. I am a much stronger woman emotionally and spiritually. I have went from being a shy quiet person to being an outgoing friendly person that loves people. 

I am posting my wedding picture so you can compare for yourself and see the difference. Don't forget that in my eyes when I look in the mirror I still see the same person.
