Finally made it back to the gym on Weds and will be going back on Friday. So barring any on foreseen things I will be back to going 3 times a week, Mon- Wed - Fri. It felt so good to be back with the class. Once you get in with a class and they get to know you it can be so motivating for each member. We encourage each other and notice when one of us makes progress.
It is not only good for me health wise but emotionally and mentally. I would advise any one that is disabled as I am and stuck in the house most of the time to find a way to get out. Even if it is only a few times a week and meet with people. Exercise, walk, talk whatever and you will soon notice that your entire way of looking at things will change.
