Very Contagious!

That is what a smile is VERY CONTAGIOUS! Everyone not matter what physical condition or age they may be can share a smile.

In tools today they spoke of a smile. If only we could understand the power of a smile. The effect it has on the other person. It may be a stranger that you never see again but your smile made all the difference to them in that moment. In some cases the difference between taking their own life or not.

It takes fewer muscles in the face to smile than it does to frown so why not relax and smile. Give you face a break.

I love smiling at everyone. It doesn't matter if they don't smile back. Sometimes I get strange looks but most of the time I get a smile back and a hi or hello.

Very nice conversations have been shared on the spur of the moment because I smiled at someone. It turned out they were wanting someone to talk to. It is time we be human and reach out to others as we pass them by. Slow our pace down and take a moment to smile.
