I have just started a new job that is a somewhat new aspect of the field I am experienced in. I am a welder/fabricator by trade.

I worked for a family owned and operated welding shop and oilfield services company for 8 years, the last two of those I was the welding shop foreman and was making alot of money, but I wasn't happy, I felt I was being taken advantage of and not appreciated for all of the work and extra work I did for them. So I left in an attempt to start my own bussiness in which I could incorporate the things that I knew how to do with a new type of service to my area. My wife and I worked so hard and so many hours to try to make it work. For the most part we did pretty well until the beginning of 2009 when the rest of the economy took a shit and we decided to close our bussiness down before we were forced to.

I plan to work very hard to work my way up the ladder of the new company that I work for. I have accuired alot of business debt and I need to get rid of it. My wife and I would like to start a family soon and need to get everything back in line.
