Buttons that make you angry

Boy, I really love my life.

I always stated for the last few days, that I am not very patient with this and with that. And always I thought a second after I said that, how I could learn to be more patient, not get angry about so many things.
Then my life sent me dozens of events, people and situations that had me in a fit and every time when I thought about these things, I realized that I really, really wanted to stop them.
I want to be happy. I want to be a good friend and I don't want to be lead by other people's actions towards me.
My life is a wonderful thing. Today I had the Buttons-Day on T2L. Thanks!
I really appreciate that. I always get what I need most at the best time. Reading about it and thinking about it brought to my attention again that it is my own decision how I react to several things - and now act upon them. Not simply reacting.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to my life for giving me these opportunities, to Coach for reminding me of my own choices and to the rest of this community for being there when needed (may it be to "make" me angry, happy or help me learn something). *laugh*
Thanks so much!
