Now is the time to pause and work on you!
Dont go running anywhere... in any direction, take a breather and just listen. Work in Tools everyday and you will empower yourself! Breaking up is hard to do and you need time to heal. Take your time and enjoy the proces. Welcome to Tools!

You know what your inner voice is telling you, you just disagree with it
I'm thinkin that you know if it's your inner voice or not. You know? Like, if you know she's bad news for you, then obviously it's not your inner voice telling you to chase after her...it's your inner voice that's making you question whether you should go back to what made you so unhappy.
Does that make any sense?
You WILL meet someone else. Someone that will click with you. Especially after doing Tools bc you'll start to gravitate towards people that are better fitted with the changes your making. Coach Steele talks about, I think it's The Law of Attraction? But it basically means that you attract what you think about - positive or negative.
I know it's hard to stay away from someone you have shared experiences with. It happened to me with 3 of my best friends. We had some super awesome times together, but a lot of the time I felt like a piece of crap when I was with them. And it wasn't that they were bad people or that I was, we just ended up needing to separate. It's been over a year & I'm just starting to see that. Clarity comes with time too...if you let yourself see what you don't initially want to see.
Message me if you EVER ever ever need to okay? I know what you're dealing with can be hard.
Much love & all that good junk,
Kirsten
