attitude eh?

 Im in a much better head space now.  Im doing the tools and it feels good.  Its strange to go from what i thought was a ideal life 6 months ago, to having a self help website as the highlight of my day. Very humbling but i feel this was whats supposed happen.  Funny how when looked at from another angle the old life wasn't so fantastic. One day at a time.  Thanks friends for the kind words they meant alot.  Red Dragons!
