Well week one helped thus far.  On day 4 & 5 i woke just before the alarm, which normally I would be annoyed at, but this week I looked and saw 4:49, when the alarm was set at 4:50 I laughed.  This was also after I felt sick 2 nights before, and the next morning I pushed the alarm ahead, to get a little extra sleep, cause i needed it.  That night I forgot to change the alarm setting, and I woke up a minute early!
