my achievements, goals & complaints

My achievement for the day was going to my horseriding lesson and while  actually trotting the whole time without holding onto the saddle,

from being someone who never did anything sporty in my life to now learning to ride a horse I find everytime I go I am learning more and more,

though  the old thoughts come back and tell me I am not learning quick enough and will I ever learn and be as good as everyone else and should I quit and I keep telling myself my attitude is my decision keep going you will improve like addison with the light bulb you will get there.

The instructor was teasing me today saying to me do you want to do jumping and I said yes but I really meant yes even though deep down inside I know I am not at that stage yet in my horse riding but I know I will be in the future after I said yes to her she laughed and said I am glad you have a good sense of humour in otherwords I am not ready to start jumping with the horse.

Oh to be 41 yr old and to start learning to ride a horse it is so exhilarating I am looking forward to the day when the instructor is not teasing me and is seriously asking me to do some jumps
