the light bulb lit up

I get it now, I was talking away to a friend about my new adventure learning to ride a horse and how it is a taking a long time and I have a while yet b/4 I get there which yes is theriotically true but while I was talking someone else said I went horse riding once it was not that hard it was easy.

My answer back to this person was yes it is hard when you are 41 yr old and have not done any sport in the past b/4,

later on I thought about the answer I gave this person Wulah a excuse and I realised what he had said to me at the time it is not that hard it is easy, I have been using this term it is hard for most things I do in my life no wonder I felt like I was  hitting a brick wall in my life especially with the excuses I have had to back up why it is so hard.

Well now I will be saying to myself it easy I can do it and I believe in myself.
