Struggling a bit...

Yesterday and today I've struggled a bit with the concept of taking responsibility for what happens in our lives. My cousin's little girl (she is nine months old) is very sick and nothing can be done for her - she will pass away at any time now. I couldn't reconcile this with the message that we take responsibility. But I think I get it now - it's how we respond to situations, what we do from there, that we take responsibility for in situations like that. In other cases we can take responsibility for the actual situation itself (e.g. if I drive too fast on a road and crash...well my fault!). It's alot to think about and process, and it's definitely challenging!! I'm going to stick with it though...
