ready for week 2!!

 

I feel a great sense of positivity and pride after completing week one.I am looking forward to continuing this program.So far,these are the main thing I have been focusing on:

1. Set your alarm clock for time.

2. Check clock.
3. Place clock in one spot (only turn on and off).
4. Turn clock off.
5. Clap your hands and say, “I’m having a great day!”
6. Breathe in through your nose, deeply filling up your chest, then out through your mouth. Walk with confidence to the bathroom.
7. Splash your face with water.
8. Brush your teeth.
9. Look in mirror and smile at yourself.
10. Say: "The day is mine!"
11. Catch yourself saying negative things about yourself.
12. Ask yourself if they are true or false.
13. If they are false, say the opposite thing to yourself.
14. If they are true, change how you treat yourself. Do not put yourself down. Instead say, “I can change these things and make my life better."
15. Any time I am presented with a problem I will find my opportunity.
16. After your first smile say, “Hello inner voice.”
17. Before you make a decision, stop for a second, listen to your inner voice and check yourself.
18. Throughout the day, make an effort to smile. Make sure you smile a minimum of six times per day and not all at the same time.
19. Use your inner voice to be on time.
20. Be on time. When you are not take notice and change the behavior.
21. What is one thing you could do for yourself today if you liked yourself more?
22. Brush your teeth more often throughout the day.
