Hi Kathyr
Congratulations! A huge step, not just in terms of your happiness, but her future success. As I'm sure you know, you aren't doing her any favours by rescuing her. If every time you say no to her, you know you are helping her to be more reliant (something she badly needs, you won't be around forever)
you won't feel as bad.
Good luck and don't give up.

You are not equal to her. You are her superior. You are older, stronger, and wiser, which is what all children need. When parents are not these things, they create unhappy spoiled children (think Veruca Salt in Charlie and the Chocolate factory).
The mistakes I have made with my children were when I forgot that I was older, stronger, and wiser. They don't always like it when I am, because it sometimes means they don't get their way, but they appreciate it and soon afterwards, I am the recipient of their affection.
Keep going. You are a good parent and you are making the world a better place.

Thank you everyone for your support. The past week was very hard for me. I am feeling stronger and better about myself.
As for my 25 year old daughter I know I am helping by giving her the tools she needs to feel good about herself as a Mom of 2.
There will come a day that I am no longer here to help.
Today my daughter moved in across the street from me. So there will be boundies for both sides.
Thank you again for all the encouragement,
says: Well done. You made the first step.
