Life

Smilemy sucess story is simple.I know that I get back what I put into it. If I don't show up for life, it won't show up for me.

Sometimes I get so wrap up in everything eles, I forget to take care of myself.

I really am grateful for Tools To Life. It helped me to get back on track and feel stronger.

Not everyday is perfect but it gets better everyday.

Hi Kathyr

I am just like you - I have been guilty in the past of not self-nurturing. Of looking after other people's needs and neglecting my own.

I have found that if I get caught up in other people's needs, its actually a great diversion tactic for me to avoid working on things for me I know I should.

Take a look on the web for ideas for self-nurturing and do one everyday - yes - everyday! when was the last time you had a facial, or a manicure, or took a nice long walk? a bubblebath? When I am tired or down, I have learned it is because I have not been self-nurturing for myself. My logging on to tools each day is a great way for me to self-nurture, i'm showing myself that I matter.
