Congrats on getting the interview! Yes - here are some tips: 

• Arrive on time, earlier is better.
• Dress a little nicer than what would be expected of you as an employee.
• Greet everyone with a smile and make eye contact....don't be afraid to chit chat before the formal interview starts.
• Collect business cards from all interviewers so you can follow up after the interview.
• Write out as many answers as you can to common interview questions before you get there.
• Study your resume and be able to talk them through it - and bring extra copies with you.
• Don't hesitate to ask questions....be proactive and be the first to ask.  Something like.....what was it about me and my back ground that led you to calling me in today?  that willhelp you flush out what they like so you can use that information in your responses.
• Since you are new to the work world, focus on your outstanding accomplishments in school and life.....and let them know about your long term career goals.
• Ask them about next steps in the process. Time lines, etc. If you are interested in the job, let them know that.
• Debrief with a note pad in your car after the interview...taking notes during the interview my distract you. Askyourself what appealed to you about the job and company, how do you feel you did, nest steps, draw backs your need to consider.
• Follow up thank-yous to each interviewer....if they are deciding quickly, send an e-mail and be sure to summarize your strengths and why you would be good for the position and restate your interst inthe job.
