day 25

this will be a day i will sooo appreciate this program and all who are a part of it.  i am going to work today, knowing i will be demoted and transferred. ( i wanted the transfer but not the pay cut i will be forced to take)  i guess the part i find amazing is that this could be bad in a lot of ways.  but through every problem is an opportunity. and that is the attitude i have chosen to have. i'll admit i lost some sleep over it last nite. but i do not feel devastated or beaten by this.  i do feel a bit more empowered and tenacious at being a better me. so my time this morning that i lost sleeping, i spent updating my resume, something i've been wanting to do anyway.  and in just a few moments, will be off to look at some online job listings. i won't be unemployed but i will look for the opportunities and now maybe see them with more clarity, than my half hearted efforts of before.  i seem to be getting pushed out of a comfort zone here and to face it is my only alternative. it's one of those moments again, where it's a comfortable "knowing" and not a crisis.  i will direct my future and be responsible for my own outcome. i'm not sure this attitude would be so steadfast had i not been here at tools.
