been sooo long

hello everyone,

i wish i could say this is day such and such for me, but sadly, i haven't finished my program here. i reached the area where we are encouraged to get our personal health in order and i'm still there. i knew i had issues but i chose to ignore them for far too long. i now pay the price of getting these things back in order. i have spent time at the doctor or hospital every week since march trying to get all of my health issues taken care of.  unfortunately, i'm now facing 2 major sugeries and a prolonged recoup period. this is currently scheduled for some time this fall but nothing yet is etched in stone.  i'm hoping that the current medical advise i'm under, will eliminate the need for one of the surgeries, but if not.....well,  no one to blame but myself.  time to buck up and just deal with it. coach steele made that clear and if it wasn't for his advise,  who knows how long i would have tried to ignore these health issues.  he may have inadvertantly,  saved my life.   so on i go,   weekly  to see a team of physicians until we have a unified decision of what is to come next.  good news,  basic health has improved and i'm well on my way to a better mental health as well,  now that i can picture myself as HEALTHY!!!  and happy.  positive daily affirmations keeps me on course and the belief in the idea and the fact that i deserve to have these basics keeps me pushing forward. i hope and wish for the same to all who are searching themselves to find their own meanings of life.
