Busted!
Good for you!
You know...we all have these moments. Coach has been doing this for quite some time now. He said he's tested this with over 2000 successful particants. It's like a work of art. I'm sure there are patterns in everyone's progression.
I too have had my ups and downs. I'm definitely not a saint. My husband just called me on some of my actions that I've been doing and I had to really take a close look at things and think - you know. He's right. I'm being a hypocrite. Here I am telling everyone what a great job they are doing, writing about all my successes, when I, myself, have some pitfalls.
Try not to be too hard on yourself - but don't be too easy on yourself. That's one of my things. I'm the "wow, I've been working soo hard, I deserve a break." Whether that be doing something that is unhealthy for my body or just procrastinating on my tools.
Keep going, stay strong, take control of your inner voice and you will do great!
Tools just keeps getting better. You will really start to see some wonderful and amazing results.
Best to you,
Stephanie
