i quit

the term "i quit"  is so negative in soo many ways.  but one.

i quit smoking over two years ago and aside from raising two kids myself,  it has been the greatest achievement of my life. knowing myself fairly well,  i'd have to say to those who want to.,,, that if i can do it, anyone can.  i went from two packs a day or more to none.  ironic as it may seem,  i could never remember my anniversary, when i was married,  (and me, female)..yet i quit smoking on september 21, 2004 at 8pm. that was when i smoked my very last cigarette.  hurray for me!!!  could i give someone else a hurrah as well???  i would love to celebrate.

I'll take a hurrah!  and here's one for you, too!

You're so right about just REALLY wanting to quit.  I quit March 8 2002 (but who's counting!)
