Day 1: Getting Perspective

We are starting a new phase in our life.  Me as a full time mom and wanted to pursue my career as a dietitian and become a personal trainer being my pivoting point.  In the last three years I have floundered around being home with my babies (I have three beautiful girls...ages 5 years, 3 years, and 2 years...and one to come in September)  I want to be a worthy role model for them...starting with showing them strength and personal values are so important.

So that is where I am now...I need to put perspective on what is important to me and what my values are.  I need to find my focus and leave the rest to the side, because I am getting overwelmed and shutdown.  I need to get over the perfectionistic habits I created and prioritize my need and more importantly my family's needs.
