Day 1: Getting Perspective

We are starting a new phase in our life.  Me as a full time mom and wanted to pursue my career as a dietitian and become a personal trainer being my pivoting point.  In the last three years I have floundered around being home with my babies (I have three beautiful girls...ages 5 years, 3 years, and 2 years...and one to come in September)  I want to be a worthy role model for them...starting with showing them strength and personal values are so important.

So that is where I am now...I need to put perspective on what is important to me and what my values are.  I need to find my focus and leave the rest to the side, because I am getting overwelmed and shutdown.  I need to get over the perfectionistic habits I created and prioritize my need and more importantly my family's needs.

A GREAT WAY TO START ...

What an endearing photo.  A priceless pose of healthy and beautiful little ladies - adorable and lovely with a touch of Victorian charm.  Subdued background (is it sepia?).  Reminds me of those picture postcards (many years ago) ... excellently snapped.  Your girls are really gorgeous!  Love it!  Two matching words ... priority and family.  Thanks for sharing the picture.

Welcome to Tools.  Awesome program and the community is wonderful.  Very supportive and wholesome.  Enjoy the journey.  Clap, splash, brush, smile.  Have a great day, Keri!

Cheers,
