Good to see you! Who sings that song? "Angry angry angry, angry angry angry, he's just an angry, angry man..." It's a great song. I think by the Roach sisters. I have not seen a single person bring up the topic of anger here in Tools (doesn't mean they haven't.). I believe most people in life avoid it. It's a GREAT topic, though. I like everything you said about it. (really).
Hmmm..
Oh, so very compelling. *roll eyes*
Wise are you, young Padawan.
"Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering."

Angry Man, Isn't that a Billy Joel song?
Anger is a fear-based emotion. It's negative and not where you want to be. Acknowledge it and reject it. In all of life's propositions and decisions we make, say "what would love do?" I get angry, and then after I just say those words, shit, I'm pissed!, take a deep breath, tell the person you are angry and focus on love. If you're angry at someone close, that's easy, cause there's loving moments you can remember. If you're angry at an acquaintance or stranger, it's harder, but doable. Why are they in my life? What gift do I have to give them? Always ask this. It changes you. Be at once grateful for them to be in your life in this moment. It works. If you're angry at stuff in general and not someone usually, or particularly, then it's you that you are directing anger at. Get a professional masssage frequently. Make it your goal to live authentically. That's what I'm trying to do.
