Overwhelmed

So today I get to find out what kinds of foods I can eat, and let me just say that I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with all of the changes I need to make.  I want to do this, but I think I'm freaking out because it is such a huge change...

I just need to get my mind right...

Tiny steps!

For what it's worth I felt very overwhelmed with many areas of my life before I started TOOLS. What I'm learning in this program is that if we take little steps every day and are consistent about doing them every day we will achieve the end results we desire without feeling as overwhelmed. So try to just break it down to the small daily activities that you can do each day. I'm not sure what food choices you are trying to change, but maybe just try to make an effort to change one food choice at a time (add in an extra veggie to your daily plan, etc.).

Just try to remember that little steps everyday will take you to your goal and is less overwhelming that trying to do it all at once. Make sure you keep up on your TOOLS each day as it really will help you keep focused on doing the daily steps.

I hope that this helps you somehow. Keep up the good work! You're worth it!
