Hi

 

I would love to start the body maleover/jumpstart program and would like to know more how this works I was asked for my list of meals but eat a varity of meals for dinner, so I'm not sure how this part works. Any help would be appreciated.

 

I participated in slim fast 3 years ago and lost my target weight and looked great, but I put the weight back on just as quick as I lost it. I want to start a weight loss program that can be maintained. i put on proably double the weight I lost and would love to be sexy for my husband again.

I'm not in that particular program, but my best advise is DO WHAT IT SAYS. I started clapping my hands every morning and felt foolish at first, with no idea why I had to or how that could help my life, but after DOING it and sticking TO IT I have learned. Hind sight is 20/20 remember so if they want a list of meals MAKE ONE. Maybe it doesnt include EVERY SINGLE THING you eat which is fine, but do the best you can with everything you can come up with. If you need to add more later DO IT.

My best advise is no excuses for yourself, dont let not being able to list EVERY MEAL hold you back, do the best you can with the information you have NOW.
