Day 75-Step back, re-eval, forward.

Its about going back to move forward.

Ive bragged about it several times here on tools.  I have quit smoking.  It has been 44 days now.

You just dont know how this makes me feel.  I tried so hard for so long and because of Tools and alot of hard work, I have succeeded.  My next check is in a couple more weeks.  When I feel confident that I have control over this permanently, I am going to start the weightloss stuff over.

Im SO HAPPY!!!!   I still keep the focus on NOT EVER GOING BACK to smoking!

So in following the work of tools day 75, i have checked my goals and am recording my success!

Stepping back to  Re-evaluate goals in order to continue forward!
