I have been away from this program a total of 10 days (not 10 days in a row but 10 days total) since I began it.
Today I just completed day 23 though so I am proud of myself for that! I am worried that I am starting to not keep up with loging in daily to this program consistantly. Since there can be quite a bit of homework on the schedule for each day, this can contribute to me putting off a day or two on the program when I feel tired. Please let me know if you have any helpful suggestions for me to stay on track and complete this program and do the exercises that are a part of it daily so my life can be all it was meant to be.
