hello everyone , does anybody have any advice on how to stop the negative thoughts? i have tryied to swich them to positives but its just not working i dont know what to do , and also i have beeen on depression medication for 4 years and iam worried its making me more depressed , has anyone ever gone off and felt completly better?  also i done know how to stop being deprendant on people and help would be great

My favorite wild animal is:
 polar bears, penguins, and the desert mice with the big ears! ohhh and chinchillas!!!!!!! so cute
Why (describe as much as possible):
 well first of all they are all very very very cute! polar bears i love becasue they just seem so care free and i feel so bad for them that they are going extint, penguins- i have a whole new found respect for them after i seen the movie march of the penguins ,they are just so family orentated! and the desert mouse is just sooooo cute and also chinchillas! sorry i have a big big thing for rodents there so cute
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 DOG!-- west highland terrier, or a corgey
Why:
 a westy- becasue i have one and they are adorable and so very very loving. a corgey because they just look like big dogs but in a minature version! and there so darn cute!
