Aaaarg!

My nerves have been shot over the past few days. My daughter is teething and screams for most of the day and night. My husband, Bug, is gone most of the day working and I am left to deal with the little darling alone... so last night I just left her with him and laid down in bed. I turned on the sounds of a thunderstorm and read my bible... it really calmed me down. I decided I wasn't going to feed my aggrivation and I made effort to change my attitude as well as my behavior. It was kinda nice being alone with myself for a little while.

i have totally been there!

hang in there and get breaks while you can.  this too shall pass.  when my babies were little and colicky (actually only a few years ago - but it seems like ages) i always liked to get out for a walk by myself.  also, if i got a babysitter, i'd use earplugs to get a much needed break from the sounds of stress and fuss.  Tools is awesome because it gives you a chance to focus on and better yourself - the most important person in your baby's life!

its nice to see that I am not the only mom out there who has gotten a bit freyed... thank you for the words of encouragement and great tips!
