Tonight I'll set only one alarm on my cell phone and tomorrow morning I'll wake up at 6AM and declare it a good day.
I'll splash my face and trot over to the gym for a small work-out. Come home, have some yogurt, hop in the shower and go to work.
It'll be a great day. Erm, Tomorrow is a Great Day!
(Tonight I was invited to this by a friend. Funny, I'd just come home from the gym for the first time since July and bought some yogurt and carrots to try and change my habits tomororw. This'll help.
