I am generally satisfied with my life, I am happy with my employment as a truck driver for a freight company. However as almost anybody else in this world, I know there are things that I need to work on, and that is why I am here. I feel that anything that can make my life better is worth working for.

I joined TOOLS because:
 I am generally a happy person, I enjoy my job, have a great relationship with my family, and for the most part am a healthy person. There are always things that I can do better, and Tools is something that I think will help me to achieve the proper mindset to achieve my goals.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 Motivational speaker. I have always enjoyed giving encouragement to people and like to feel like I am helping out.
My favorite wild animal is:
 I have been privileged to grow up in an area where wildlife was abundant. I can't really say that I have a favorite, I enjoy seeing it all.
Why (describe as much as possible):
 I think that wildlife is fascinating to watch. The way that they interact with their environment and survive in some of the most extreme of conditions.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Dog
Why:
 I have a boxer named Bond, and he definitely has a personality that is all his own. Energetic, smart, and just a little on the mischievous side.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 Something simple like a hamburger or hot dog.
Why:
 Because if he can't make one of those to my liking I don't want anything else that he cooks.
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::
 Both parents, Uncle Lenny, Grandpa Tippets, Einstein.
Why:
 Mom, because she is so tough, she was just recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and she has remained optimistic and happy the whole way through. Dad because he has always been the model of how a real man should be, a great example. Uncle Lenny, because he is my namesake and I was never able to meet him before he was killed in Vietnam. Grandpa Tippets, never got to meet him either but Mom tells me he had some great stories to tell. Einstein to keep us all humble because we'll never be as smart as he was.
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
 Bahia, Brazil. I love that place.
My perfect slice of pizza is:
 Don't know, I ate it before I could describe it.
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
 Orange juice, just to see the bartenders face.

 There are too many to count, my mother always made sure that we noticed the sunsets.

Why:
 Because then maybe I would not be scared every time I have one of those crazy "I can fly" dreams.
